Why Confidence Coaching?

Are you afraid of stepping out of your comfort zone for fear of being seen as not good enough?

Perhaps you are reluctant to take the next steps in your career. You keep making excuses, but deep down, you know the reason is that you don’t believe in yourself. Everyone seems to expect you to progress but you know you are not really good enough and if you go for it, people will see that. If you take that step, people will expect you to speak with authority and you never have nothing good to say and find yourself clamming up when speaking; you get a dry mouth, racing heart, butterflies in your stomach and your mind goes blank.

You are constantly worrying about what people think of you. You don't feel as smart as other people at work. You keep saying things that seem stupid. You know you are intelligent so why do these things come out of your mouth. You feel it is safer to say nothing, instead of drawing attention to yourself and making a fool of yourself.

95% of our behaviour is subconscious. We cannot see our own thinking, confidence coaching can help you identify your subconscious programming and work to reprogram any limiting beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back.

Subconscious programming, and the underlying beliefs, attitudes, and thought patterns can and do shape our behaviours and reactions to different situations. This mostly happens during childhood.

The subconscious mind is a powerful force that drives our behaviour and shapes our beliefs. I use different psychological tools to change subconscious programming. I will help you identify and address any negative thought patterns or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

Working with a Confidence Coach

As a confidence coach, my aim is to help you to be free from limiting thoughts and behaviours, clarify your vision, set goals that feel amazing, and develop an action plan to make your dreams a reality. All coaching is tailored to your desired outcome.

One of the most effective tools that I use in my coaching practice is NLP therapy. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) are powerful psychological tools that can help you to change your thoughts, behaviours, and feelings and actually rewire the brain's neural pathways.

I am also a trained metaphor therapist. Metaphor therapy uses the symbolic domain within the subconscious mind, allowing you to deep dive into the meaning behind challenges and goals, so that you can overcome difficulties and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your life, and create new possibilities for growth and transformation.

I offer both one-to-one and team coaching services in W1, London. Alternatively, worldwide via zoom.
